🌶️ P.S. Auntie Ahaṃkāra Says…
“Parantha-parināmavāda”
The doctrine that all transformation — personal or planetary —
requires equal parts pressure, heat,
and the courage to flip when the time is right.
“Dimaag ko itna mat daudo. Dheere dheere bhi samajh aa jayega.
Aur haan… ek cup chai bana lo pehle.”
(Stop overthinking. Understanding will come slowly.
And yes… go make yourself a cup of tea.)
“Ab bas itna khush mat ho ki chai jalā do.
Practical bano. Aur kuch meetha banao.”
(Don’t get so happy that you burn the tea.
Be practical. And make something sweet.)
“Agar likhna hai toh dheet bano. Daring bano.
Aur thoda mirch zyada daalo.”
(If you’re going to write, be bold. Be daring.
And add a little extra chili.)
“Sone se pehle ek cup haldī wala dhoodh piyo.
Subah uthte hi ek smile khaao.
Aur sapnon mein bhi kuch masaledaar socho.”
(Drink a cup of turmeric milk before sleeping.
Wake up and eat a smile.
And even in your dreams, dream something spicy.)
“Subah utho, muskurao, aur kuch meetha socho.
Zindagi ek pakwan hai—kabhi teekha, kabhi meetha. Dono swaad lo.”
(Wake up, smile, and think something sweet. Life is a dish—sometimes spicy, sometimes sweet. Savor both.)
“Yeh wala prem,” she says, “isme sattva hai, rajas hai, aur thoda secret teekhapan bhi hai. Seedha dil mein utarta hai.”
(This kind of love… it has stillness, it has movement, and a little secret spice too. Goes straight to the heart.)
“Jao, kaam karo, par dhyan rakhna
thoda haste hue, thoda dance karte hue.
Ghar toh waise bhi yahin hai.”
(Go, do your work, but remember
go a little laughing, a little dancing.
Home is right here anyway.)
